The members of the research team of the University of León in the SUSTEMICROP project (PRIMA 2021), Dr. Daniel Alonso, Dr. Laura Cabeza, and Dr. Beatriz Jiménez, have carried out a working session titled Sustainability assessment of farms at a “click”, under the umbrella of Science Week of Castilla and León, coordinated by the Science and Technology Park of Valladolid (Spain), in collaboration with the Scientific Culture and Innovation Unit (University of León).

This session was held in León (Spain), the 15th of November of 2023, with experts of the Agricultural Association of Young Farmers – ASAJA (Spanish Acronym), which is one the most important associations in the agri-food sector in Spain.

The main goal of the session was to present the SUSTEMICROP project and to highlight the usefulness of its expected results in helping farmers to improve the sustainability of their farms in order to be aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and European Policies from a triple bottom line (economic, social, and environmental)
